Went with Jack’s Diving Locker back in 2003 and it was a blast! It was a 2 tank dive at two locations with the first stop being at Garden Eel Cove while the sun was still out. The second stop was a night dive with the goal of seeing manta rays. Footage of the eels first appears around 4 minutes into the video below.
